Billing
You will receive a separate and discrete bill from Lake Country Emergency Physicians (LCEP) for physician professional services provided to you from your visit at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital Emergency Department. ProHealth Care/Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital will be sending a separate bill for facility charges related to emergency department facility, nursing care, pharmacy etc.
LCEP’s billing customer service line is operated by Doctor Payments. They will answer the phone as such. You may also receive an initial contact by text message from Doctor Payments to alert you to a bill that you can access through our portal for on-line payment and review. The initial text message is the beginning of the billing process. If you don’t respond to the text message, a paper statement will be sent to the address you registered with.
