Our billing customer service line is operated by Doctor Payments, and you will speak with a DoctorPayments representative when you call.

You will receive a text message or email from Doctor Payments notifying you that a bill is available . You can view and pay your bill securely through the online payment portal.

The initial text message or email begins the billing process. If you prefer to receive a paper statement by mail, reply “ STOP” to the text message or email.

A paper statement will then be mailed to the address provided at registration .
